The following gallery of renderings was produced with a combination of photographs and architects blueprints. Blueprints must include the floor plan, roof layout, front, rear, left and right side elevations. The prespectives are hand drawn using a time honored drafting perspective technique including a horizon line, and vanishing points. After a line layout is completed it will be faxed for approval. Once approved, the drawing is transferred to an 11 X 17 sheet of illustration board for adding colors and landscaping .
